Tim has led programs for organizations around the world, including many of the world's best companies such as General Electric, Eli Lilly, Abbott, Boeing, PepsiCo and JPMorganChase.

There is no one standard format; each program is tailored to the audience and the need. Tim has given forty minute key note speeches and led week long training programs using business simulations.

Planning an engagement follows the same basic flow. The first step is learning about client needs. The second step is creating the basic structure of the program. The third step is finalizing the content, and the fourth and final step is actual program delivery.
